Fees & Retainer Information
Hager Law Firm offers a free one-hour consultation for anyone who is interested in retaining legal counsel in the practice areas our firm offers. At Hager Law Firm we believe that confidentiality is of primary importance, and rest assured that all client matters are held strictly confidential.
Before we undertake representation, an agreement for representation is reached and entered between our firm and our client. Many of our rates are based on a flat fee plus any applicable costs, and some other matters may require a retainer fee towards which we bill. Most of our firm's retainer fees vary in the range from $1000 to $5000, depending on the matter and the type of representation needed. In most cases, any unused retainer funds are returned to the client after conclusion of their case or when their matter is completed, closed or finally settled. When hourly fees are charged Hager Law Firm’s clients are billed by the hour (measured in intervals of tenths) - with attorney's time being currently billed at $200.00 per hour for non-court time, and $250.00 per hour for court time, and Legal Assistant's time being billed at $40.00 per hour, and Paralegal services being charged at $75.00 per hour.
